General Information About Johannesburg City Tour

Also the site of the seemingly nondescript Old Fort Prison, you’ll get the opportunity to experience a darker side of the city’s rich history.
Continue on through the newly renovated, quaint and quirky suburb of Melville. With a hip vibe, modern shops, and trendy restaurants, you’ll get acquainted with a more funky side of the city. With a stop at Newtown Market, home of the Johannesburg Market theatre, you can take in all the glory of the theatre’s main hall and its surroundings. Finally, make your return through the upmarket suburb of lower Houghton. Representing the flipside of the coin, this lush neighborhood will show you a posher side to the city.
